For the very first time, the renowned International Law Reports (ILR), published by Cambridge University Press, are now available on Justis complete with PDFs of the original reports.
Now all decisions and other documents published in the ILRs can be downloaded or printed in the "official, as reported" format. The Justis online legal library is the only platform that currently supports the series in this file format.
The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. It covers the period from 1919 to the present, while its range of topics includes international boundaries, state and diplomatic immunity, treaties between states, war, terrorism and refugee law.
Osgoode's library has the International Law Reports in print, with holdings volumes 1-147 (covering the period 1919-2011). We have discontinued our print subscription in favour the online service on Justis.
